Title:
  Huawei E398: 4G state connected, but no Internet

Status in “modemmanager” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Hi, nmcli-dev says state connected and Network Manager icon says that
  there is 4G reception, but I cannot get on the Internet.  I had to
  unplug the modem, replug the modem and it connected to the Internet
  after doing so for 2 times.
