jockey cannot install ATI/AMD FGLRX driver

Bug description:
Jockey says that no propietary drivers are installed in the system,
but I am currently using fglrx driver (see the logs). If I uninistall
the driver and try to install it from jockey (using the Activate
button), it says that some error ocurred and installation failed.
