Title:
Impress Died and took my entire presentation with it, all for one OLE
  slide

Status in “openoffice.org” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: openoffice.org

I started a new presentation from a very basic template.
  I created 32 slides.
On the 33rd, I used an OLE slide (mistake, I admit, should have just embedded
instead)
I double clicked to Insert an Object (meaning to insert an image into the
slide)
my entire presentation disappeared and I was left with an Impress window that
had only one slide.

Now my entire presentation is gone, all because I tried to inset a PNG
image into a slide that had an OLE field...
