Bug description:
Im using raring but this problem also exists in quantal, when
restarting network-manager service, when clicking in NM plasma icon
shows wifi network entries two times.
If i restart NM service again, then it shows wifi network entries one
time like it should, however when pointing the mouse over the NM icon
in plasma panel continues showing doubled entries.
