I can confirm, seems that the software center is looking for the package
"zsnes" on 64 bit systems instead it should be looking for "zsnes:i386"

Bug description:
  On amd64, ZSNES shows up in search results but says "Not Found" when
  you click the more information button.

  But "sudo apt-get install zsnes" works fine.
