Title:
sna acceleration fails with multiple monitors

Status in “xserver-xorg-video-intel” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
I run two monitors and when setting sna acceleration via xorg.conf,
the screen fails to load. One screen (screen 0 below) shows the
message indicating the resolution and/or frequency is out of range and
the other screen shows a smaller screen with just a mouse pointer and
  nothing else.

Without SNA and the screens works fine and xrandr -q shows (summary)

  Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 3200 x 1200, maximum 8192 x 8192
