Title:
Running "xrandr" or "xrandr -q" changes display-settings

Status in “xrandr” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I think "xrandr" or "xrandr -q" should just print some information.

But if I run "xrandr --output LVDS1 --off" (Display LVDS1 goes off)
and then "xrandr" or "xrandr -q" display LVDS1 is aktivated again.
