Bug description:
If I right-click on the bluetooth-applet an hit "Turn on Bluetooth"
the applet indicates "Bluetooth: On" but when I open "Bluetooth
setting ..." it indicates that bluetooth ist "off" and I cannot link
it with any bluetooth device.
