Title:
twinkling black lines
Status in “fglrx-installer” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Black lines on the screen flickering/twinkling. Just at the time of
initiation before entering the session, I see a lot of these lines.
Then it stops and there is only one. This line never goes away during
the session. Rarely I can start without the lines appear. These began
to appear on October 18 this year, along with upgrading to Ubuntu
12.10 from Beta 2. When start in Windows 7 I have not this problem.
