Title:
Battery icon not refreshed after full charge (shows empty battery
  instead of full battery)

Status in “gnome-power-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

Expected: a full battery icon shown in the indicator applet
Actual: an empty battery icon shown while the battery is actually full

  Description:
My battery was almost empty so I closed the lid and charged it for a few
hours (it's set for the screen to go blank on a closed lid, and it locks after
some time of inactivity). After charging it, I disconnected it from the charger
and opened it. My battery was full but the battery icon still shows an empty
battery. The battery monitor from Docky shows the correct power level for the
battery though, so the indicator applet should be able to read the power level
from the computer correctly.

  Indicator Applet 0.4.6
