Seems to be (still) a problem on Nautilus 3.6.3: if you cancel a file copy, the
unfinished file is left over in the destination folder (without any indication
the file is not complete).
The upstram bug seems very old (targetting version 2.16.x), I'll try to reopen
it on the 3.x branch, and reasign the bug here.

** Summary changed:

- Cancelling a file transfer should delete the incomplete file on the
destination path
+ Canceled copy/move operations should not left incomplete files

Title:
Canceled copy/move operations should not left incomplete files

Bug description:
This is not a bug but a possible usability improvement.

  Test case:
   - Open Nautilus
   - Open a second folder on a tab
   - Copy/move a big file form one tab to another
   - Cancel the transfer using the X button.

The unfinished file remains on the destination folder, now, since this
file is incomplete (possibly unusable) and the user directly stated
that he/she don't want to transfer this file, I think that is safer to
delete the destination copy alltogether. Otherwise could be indexed
  and cause some confusion.
