Bug description:
1- Launch Gnome System Monitor
2- Click on "full screen" button -> It's OK
3- Close Gnome System Monitor
4- Launch again Gnome System Monitor -> The window is not in "full screen"
mode.

I don't know if it's Gnome System Monitor or Unity, but with other app
(Gnome-Terminal, Firefox, Geany, Thunderbird, Evince, FileZilla, ...)
I don't have this problem, EXCEPT for Gimp (2.8 - from PPA)
