When playing mp3's or mp3 streams with hebrew text in the id tags (like this one http://www.clickfm.co.il/ClickIsraeli.m3u) the content of the id tags is not shown correctly, but as unreadable text like "îé÷é âáøéàìåá åàï îøé ãåã - àåìé éâéò éåí". My System is a Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid with Linux-Kernel 2.6.32-35-generic, Gnome 2.30.2 and Totem 2.30.2. Because I don't know how to start apport manually to show some more information, I unfortunately can't provide them. If you need more information please ask!
