It affects me too. If i try to start gparted with the commands "pkexec gparted" or "gparted-pkexec", it doesn't work. Please try again") and the dialogue disappears before I am able to complete my passphrase or press return key. Initially I found the bug by trying to start applications (ie gparted) via gnome shell. I am using x64 Ubuntu 12.10 with gnome 3.
