2nd head does not start automatically
Status in “xserver-xorg-video-intel” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
During boot, the 2nd head is shown as a clone of the console.
This is what is expected.
When xorg kicks in the 2nd head is turned off.
after my session starts [kx]randr can be used to shown the 2nd head just
fine, but it is a manual process.
