  Intel graphics hang in portrait mode

Status in “xserver-xorg-video-intel” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Dell Optiplex 790 (Intel Q65 chipset/integraged graphics.)  Using the
  systems VGA and DVI for separate monitors.  When any display is
  configured with left or right 90 degree rotation, the system locks.
  Lock also occurs if I place the VGA monitor to the right of the DVI
  monitor.  Have also reproduced with a live USB boot.
