Title:
arcs fail to be draw while top-level windows present

Status in “xserver-xorg-video-intel” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
A number of applications fail to draw arcs while high-level alerts and
similar windows are present.
For example the pop ups that alert me when Thunderbird has just read a new
message, or when
dropbox is updated. Also, if I have a window tagged with 'always on top' that
produces the same
effect. It only affects arcs drawn lower than the top of the interfering
window. Once the higher-level
window is moved or closed, and the application refreshes, the arcs (drawn or
filled) are drawn normally.
