Bug description:
Today I updated to the recent state of Ubuntu Raring and I noticed a
strange BUG.
When I open the Bluetooth settings from the gnome-control-center and
switch the Bluetooth On/Off like a few times in a row, a seperate
external Application opens "Ubuntu Core Installer" ..
