Function wizard won't launch in LO 4.0 Report Builder

Bug description:
The function wizard will not launch in LibreOffice 4.0 in the Base
Report Builder on the Data tab. You can get it to launch on the
General tab under the Conditional Print Expression section but not on
the data tab itself. It still accepts manually entered formulas, but
would be nice to have the wizard.
