Title:
Missed safely remove option, eject does not remove power

Status in GNOME Disks:
  Invalid
Status in “gnome-disk-utility” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
In Gnome disk utility 3.0.2 (Ubuntu 12.04, 3.0.2-2ubuntu7) there was Safely
remove option for any drive.
In Gnome disks 3.6.1 (Ubuntu 12.10, 3.6.1-0ubuntu1) it is missed.
  Please bring it back.
Removing powered device from USB port is unsafe operation. It is not
sufficient to unmount/eject drive, it must be completely powered off before
removal.
