Bug description:
Update the Launcher BFB icon to use a new special asset. This asset
needs to be directly mounted on the Launcher by itself with no tile.
The asset is attached, see "dash-home01.png".

This change is part of a larger set of Launcher icon changes, see
attached image "preview-new-launcher-icons.png" for how the launcher
will appear when the full set of changes are made.
