Steps to reproduce:
1.Start rhythmbox
2.Mark option Viev>Context panel
3.Restart rhythmbox (context panel is shown after startup, and this is proper)
4.UNmark option Viev>Context panel
5.Restart rhythmbox (context panel is still shown after startup, and should
be disabled)
