Bug description:
If you change the form factor to maximum while the dash is open, the lens
buttons at the bottom of the screen stop working.
Clicking in the area which was previously not used when the dash was not
maximised forwards events to windows below.
1) Open dash not maximised
2) Maximise dash
3) Move mouse over a lens button at bottom of screen.
4) Focus does not always change to the buttons and clicking does not activate
the lens.
