Title:
[drm:i915_hangcheck_elapsed] *ERROR* Hangcheck timer elapsed... GPU
hung
Status in “xserver-xorg-video-intel” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
The screen gets lines of various colors and no longer see properly
what was being displayed. The buttons of the windows disappear. The
only thing I see that still works is the mouse cursor. This has
happened only when I am surfing the internet with firefox browser.
This requires that I have to press the power button to send the
computer down. This time I could see the following messages in the
logs
Ubuntu 11.04 - the Natty Narwhal - released in April 2011
