Bug description:
I close firefox, try to reopen it and a popup says firefox is already
running. I have to pgrep the pid and kill it.
Running firefox from a terminal I get :

It appears in the "bool KillProcess(ProcessHandle process_id, int
exit_code, bool wait)" function in process_util_posix.cc
