Title:
  pulseaudio crashes on login

Status in “pulseaudio” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Pulseaudio seems to be crashing on login. I still have sound, but the
sound icon in the systray is disabled and "Sound Settings" does not
show any Input/Output Devices. The sound +/- shortkeys are working and
I do have sound, but it seems to be not coming from pulseaudio.

Interestingly, a lightdm restart seems to be fixing this. I am also
attaching the syslog in case it helps.

  Thanks for your help!
