no, everything seems to work now, at least in my version (I have the
gnome team ppa) and in the gtk3-demo application.
I am not sure, but it seems like the relative path takes a resource://
now, maybe that's what fixed it ...

CSS relative import not working

Bug description:
Example: When starting gtk3-demo in the CSS demos where
import("reset.css"); is specified, the demo doesn't show the expected
output.
It's also not possible to use any background image with this bug.
It worked for me approx. 3-4 weeks ago ...
I hope this is the right place to file the bug.
