Writer: Insert-menu entries not working on recurring use

Bug description:
On recurring use the following entries of the insert menu of the writer
application don't work anymore:
- Insert->Footnote
- Insert->Indexes & Tables->Bibliography Entry...
Maybe others?
This happens usually after the function was used once. On recurring use the
menu either does nothing or shows a checkmark (which makes no sense) and does
nothing. After that the only workaround is to restart LibreOffice.
This happens on my two computers running 32/64 bit Ubuntu 12.10
$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 12.10

Libreoffice: 3.6.2.2 (Build ID: 360m1(Build:2))
