Title:
  Country limitations do not function properly

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The "only distribute in the following countries" is not functioning properly. 
If I add the exception for my country, I still cannot see the application.
  For instance, davmor2 is in the UK, adding UK and he cannot see the app.
