I wonder if anybody is working on this. I guess it could be fixed by writing a small browser plugin.

How to reproduce: Open system settings, then "Brightness and Lock" and set any small value for "Turn screen...". Then open any video (e.g. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mJ_fkw5j-t0), press "Fullscreen" and wait for time you set in settings. Sorry, i don't know in what package this bug is.
