Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this bug is (almost) resolved as obsolete. It is not reproducible any more in Nautilus 3.6.x as the Connect to Server dialog changed, the theme was updated in Quantal as well, and the insensitive text did not appear in other apps such as Simple Scan. However, the text still has low contrast against the background, and that is now tracked in the bug LP: #1144611.
