  NVidia opensource video driver sets wrong refresh rate in HP Pavilion

Bug description:
  xserver-xorg-video-nouveau driver is unusable in HP Pavilion dv6000.

  Despite the screen resolution being detected correctly (1280x800), the 
refresh rate is set wrong and the information on the screen become unreadable.
  There is no way to change the refresh rate to fix the problem.
