Bug description:
After migrate from ubuntu 12.04.1 (where my tvtuner card is detected by
snd-bt87x module, see alsa-info output at:
http://www.alsa-project.org/db/?f=c51c79be707968f29e4a54c6b4d93a030a18d2d2),
to ubuntu 12.04.2, module not more recognized my bt87x card.

What has changed in 12.04.2 because snd-bt87x module not recognized my
bt87x card ?
In ubuntu 12.04.1 module work:
$ cat /proc/asound/cards
0 [ICH5 ]: ICH4 - Intel ICH5
Intel ICH5 with ALC850 at irq 17
1 [bttv ]: Bt87x - Brooktree Bt878
Brooktree Bt878 at 0xf7eff000, irq 20
