I've looked at the logs. What jumps out at me is the errors from the audio 
module and fglrx claiming that it could not enable MSI (message signaled 
interrupts). Please run the following command to gather info on your system:
apport-collect 1101802

  Vesa loaded over fglrx

Status in “fglrx-installer” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I have Asus ati radeon 6450 1gb SIlent.
  I have tried installing many versions of fglrx with many ways.
  i will have attached a rar file with all of the files i believe are needed 
for the bug to be fixed. I have also contacted Amd with no response.
  I have ubuntu 12.10 32bit (i reproduced the problem on 12.04/12.10/13.04 both 
32 and 64 bit )
  My system is fully updated.
  currently i am using Catalyst 13.1
  for any further info just let me know.
