Evince on Ubuntu 64 bit 12.10 displays pdf form checks correctly but when
printing the "$" symbol over-writes the left most number. This happens
regardless of which printer I use., ink jet, laser, etc.
On Ubuntu 12.04 workstations it displays and prints the pdf form checks
correctly.
