Title:
Maximized applications do not occupy the entire space of the screen
(clicking on the extreme right brings up the background application)

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:

  On 13.04:

Open a terminal, and maximize it. It wll occupy the entire screen.

Open another program, for example Firefox, or LibreOffice.

Go to the extreme right of the screen, and click. Instead of grabing the bar
that
moves the screen up and down, the terminal is brought up. Quite anoying.

I cannot record the bug with recordmydesktop, because after launching that,
  the problem disapears :-)
