Bug description:
I'm not really sure what happened but while using Xubuntu 13.04 I
noticed that I have two "Online Accounts" icons in Xfce's Settings
Manager.
I selected the first and added my Google account. I tried to add my
Twitter account but it failed, I was told my password was not correct.
I then selected the second icon and the crash notification appeared.
