Marking "won't fix" because the shutdown symbol we have used is actually
the correct symbol according to IEEE 1621
And more importantly if we replaced the symbol with a "0" most users
would not understand what the means. Accepted common knowledge and
IEEE 1621 trumps IEC 5008 in this case I'm afraid.

Title:
Shutdown Dialogs: wrong shutdown icon
Status in Ayatana Design:
Won't Fix
Status in Unity:
Won't Fix
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
Won't Fix
Bug description:
According to the Universal Power Symbols [1] the actual shutdown icon in
unity is the standby symbol, not the power-off one.
The right icon would be a simple circle (0 from the binary system).
