Bug description:
Sorry for the awkward phrasing, but I am not 100% sure that they are
called - when you dwell with your mouse pointer over the Launcher
icons, they produce a descriptive bubble as to what the respective
icon does.
With the new Unity 7, they often times continue to float on the
desktop, even after the launcher is no longer in focus.
