Title:
Window title of video players unclickable after fullscreen

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
If a video player is made full screen and then returned to a normal
window, the window title bar is not clickable. I could reproduce it
with Totem, smplayer, and VLC (didn't try others). Instructions:

  1. Go to an empty workspace (not required, but makes it easier)
  2. Open Dash
  3. Start Totem video player
  4. Doubleclick the video area to make it fullscreen
  5. Doubleclick the fullscreen video area to return to normal window
  6. Try to click the window title bar. It does not work, the click goes to the
desktop background (can be verified by rightclicking)
