I've opened an other bug-report (see bug #1155136 https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg-server/+bug/1155136 ) "my" bug seems to be the same as this one.
I can reproduce this bug in Unity, it happenes everey time I press [Super] + [P].
