Title: When screen rotated in Nvidia icons in GNOME panel get hidden Status in “gnome-panel” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: . In "normal/landscape" rotation mode I have about 10 icons on a panel. I rotate my screen through Nvidia X Server settings utility to "portrait" mode and half the icons on the left side of panel get hidden behind "App..s Places System" menu. When I hover over the menu and click on it, the hidden icon's app still launches instead of opening the menu. If I click on the leftmost part of "Applications", that menu shows up and while so I can access "Places" and "System" menu items only by using my keyboard arrows. Don't know if problem is X Server, Nvidia driver or GNOME. In Windows when you put enough items on the panel it grows vertifcally and the items wrap around to a "second line". Does Ubuntu do the same and I just don't know how to set it up to do it?
