dont remove nvidia x server configuration

Bug description:
in lucid since jockey doesnt install nvidia drivers properly I
deactivated them.Still it dosent remove nvidia x serever config
tool.So i cannot go back to default display config tool that coms with
ubuntu fresh install.so im stuck with a low resolution.
