Title:
"Show Details" for GPU hang opens "Apport" alert
Status in Apport crash detection/reporting:
Invalid
Status in “xdiagnose” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
Ubuntu 12.10
1. Start Ubuntu on a machine for which it triggers a GPU hang.
2. If bug 794757 has not yet been fixed, click "Report problem" and enter
your password.
3. In the error alert, click "Show Details".
What happens: Another alert appears on top. "Apport has detected a
possible GPU hang. Did your system recently lock up and/or require a
hard reboot?"
What should happen:
* I'm not asked any extra questions, because this is a release version of
Ubuntu.
* The word "Apport" is never used in the UI.
