Bug description:
To reproduce:
1. Do a compiz --replace ccp (or unity) at the command line.
2. Open the Hud
Expected Behavior:
The panel is drawn to match the color of the Hud.
Current Behavior:
The panel does not match the huds color.
The only way to fix it is to open the dash. Once the dash had been opened
once the panel draws correctly. So something the dash is doing on the first
open is causing a problem with the hud at first.
