Bug description:
Using quantal beta2, if an album preview has enough songs to have a
scrollbars you can scroll with the mouse well but not left clicking on
the scrollbar (the preview closes when clicking)

Internal scrollbars for dash previews cannot be "drag-scrolled".
[Test Case]
Open a dash preview for a music album which has more songs than can fit in
the previews vertical height. Attempt to drag the scrollbar to scroll down the
track list.

Incorrect placement or size of preview action buttons.
