Bug description:
Using Unity from experimental ppa.
If timed right (I managed this on first try) you can end up with
launcher tooltips showing even without the mouse over them, sometimes
multiple launcher tooltips.
Open dash.
Move mouse to first application in launcher, leave it there long enough to
trigger the tooltip.
Immediately move down like you're browsing the apps and pull out from the
launcher before the first tooltip has gone.
So the move is, super, move mouse to launcher, move down, move back
out from launcher quickly, not hard to do if you overshoot the dash to
the launcher and pull back out again, covering the space of two
launcher icons in the journey.
