  cant see background color change button in system monitor

Status in “gnome-system-monitor” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor

  I just installed Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy and I'm not new to the system. I'm
  an experienced user. In the graphs tab of the gnome system monitor's
  preferences there should be a button "Change background color of
  graphs", but there is nothing. Can somebody please help me.
