Bug description:
There have been several minimize regressions lately, that could
benefit from more automated testing:
Bug 1089811 (Minimizing a window creates an input-insensitive area if you
have unityshell loaded)
Bug 1089779 (Minimized windows don't restore, or restore as blank)
Bug 1087422 (Windows that start minimized cannot be opened)
