Always empty window, even if "restore previous tabs" selected

Bug description:
Please help to make firefox working normally after update from 19 to
20. Now at every start, Firefox opens just one empty tab instead of
opening last tabs. But, if I open new window (or two sometimes), it
will show all my tabs. I don't want to make new profile, even if it
can resolve this problem.
